- Shucked
- Kernels removed
- Cheese crumbled
- Scallions sliced
- Green parts only
- Cilatro chopped
- Jalapeno prepared
- Seeded
- Stemmed
- Chopped
- Garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons
- Lime juiced
Cooking
Oil Heated in Skillet
- High heat
Corn charred
- Added to Skillet
- Salted to taste
- Tossed & stirred every 2 minutes until charred (10 min)
Charred Corn in Large Bowl
Cheese, Scallions, Cilantro, Jalapeño, Garlic, Mayonnaise, Lime Juice, and Chile Powder added to Charred Corn & mixed
