Ingredients
- 1 pound x Ground Sausage
- 1/2 stick x Butter
- 1/3 cup x Flour
- 3 cups x Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Equipment
- Pan
- Large Spoon
Process
- Brown the sausage in the Pan
- Add Butter (1/2 stick) to the Pan
- Add Flour (1/3 cup) to the mix
- Stir for 2 minutes on Low Heat
- Slowly add in Milk (3 cups)
- Add Salt, Pepper & spices to taste
Serving
- Pour over Biscuits
Storing
- Poured Gravy into Cupcake Pan
- Freeze separately in small sealable bags for future use
