Ingredients

  • 1 pound x Ground Sausage
  • 1/2 stick x Butter
  • 1/3 cup x Flour
  • 3 cups x Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Equipment

  • Pan
  • Large Spoon

Process

  • Brown the sausage in the Pan
  • Add Butter (1/2 stick) to the Pan
  • Add Flour (1/3 cup) to the mix
  • Stir for 2 minutes on Low Heat
  • Slowly add in Milk (3 cups)
  • Add Salt, Pepper & spices to taste

Serving

  • Pour over Biscuits

Storing

  • Poured Gravy into Cupcake Pan
  • Freeze separately in small sealable bags for future use
